This Privacy Policy is issued by ZhiLogos Studio ("we", "us", or "our") and applies to your use of ZhiPrompt and any related websites, services, and tools we provide (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. What Data We Access

2.1 Pinterest data (read-only)

ZhiPrompt accesses your Pinterest boards and pins in read-only mode via the official Pinterest API. This means:

• We can only view the content you have already saved on Pinterest (such as boards, pins, images, titles, and descriptions).
• We cannot create, modify, or delete any of your Pinterest data.
• We only use the minimum permissions required to provide the Service.

2.2 Technical and usage data

When you use the Service, we may also process certain technical and usage information, such as:

• IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device information
• Dates and times of access, pages or features used, basic usage statistics
• Error logs and diagnostic information necessary to maintain and improve the Service

If you create an account with us (if applicable), we may process basic account information such as your email address and display name.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, payment card details, or medical information). Please do not submit such information through the Service.

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not store your Pinterest boards and pins on our servers as persistent data.
• We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your Pinterest content or personal information with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not retain your Pinterest access token beyond what is necessary for your active session or otherwise as strictly required to operate the Service.

4. How Your Data Is Used

Your Pinterest data is used only during your active session to generate AI prompts and related results in real time, based on the content of your boards and pins.

In addition, we may process your data for the following limited purposes:

• To provide, operate, and personalize the core features of the Service
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service, including detecting misuse or abuse
• To debug, monitor, and improve the performance and reliability of the Service
• To respond to your inquiries and provide user support when you contact us

We do not use your Pinterest content or personal information to build advertising profiles or for targeted advertising.

When you end your session or revoke access to ZhiPrompt in your Pinterest account, we can no longer access your Pinterest data through the Pinterest API.

5. AI Services and Third-Party Providers

ZhiPrompt uses the Pinterest API to read your boards and pins. Your use of the Pinterest API is also governed by Pinterest's own Privacy Policy, which you can find at Pinterest's official website. We are not responsible for Pinterest's data practices.

To generate prompts based on your Pinterest content, we may send certain data (such as text descriptions, image URLs, or other metadata) to third-party AI service providers (for example, large language model or other AI model providers), strictly for the purpose of generating responses requested by you.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise:

• We do not permit such providers to use your Pinterest content or personal information to train or improve their general-purpose models in a way that would identify you.
• We do not authorize these providers to use your data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

We will only share the minimum amount of data necessary with such providers to operate the Service.

6. Data Storage and Retention

• Pinterest content is processed primarily in memory and used only for your active session. We do not store full copies of your boards and pins in our databases as long-term records.
• We may temporarily cache limited data (for example, intermediate AI results or short-term technical data) for performance and reliability, but only for as long as necessary to operate the Service.
• Technical logs and diagnostic data (such as access logs and error logs) may be retained for a limited period (for example, up to 30–90 days), unless we need to retain them longer to comply with legal requirements or to investigate security incidents.

After the applicable retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your data in a reasonable manner.

7. Cookies

ZhiPrompt does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only use essential session cookies (or similar technologies) when necessary to:

• Keep you signed in during your session
• Maintain your authenticated state while connected to Pinterest
• Ensure the secure and reliable operation of the Service

These cookies are not used to track your activity across other websites.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Revoking Pinterest access

You can revoke ZhiPrompt's access to your Pinterest account at any time, for example:

• Through your Pinterest account settings, by removing or revoking the ZhiPrompt application's access; and/or
• By using any disconnect or logout options provided within the Service (if available).

Once access is revoked, we will no longer be able to read your boards or pins via the Pinterest API.

8.2 Access, correction, and deletion (if applicable)

If you have created an account with us or provided personal information directly (such as an email address), you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain data

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted transmission of data using HTTPS

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
